Sergeant Major Christopher Sarangoulis is the Euphonium Section Leader and a frequent soloist with the Concert Band. He earned a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of North Texas, where he studied with Brian Bowman. SGM Sarangoulis has performed with the Peabody Wind Ensemble, Duquesne Wind Ensemble, University of North Texas Wind Symphony and Symphonic Band, Dallas Brass, Virginia Grand Military Band, and the Boston Pops. SGM Sarangoulis recently premiered a new work for euphonium composed by Adrian Hernandez, and performed with The U.S. Army Orchestra at the 2010 Army Tuba Euphonium Conference.
